All orders are processed and shipped from the United Kingdom. 

To qualify for next day delivery, orders has to be placed before 2pm and please select the appropriate shipping method during checkout

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped between 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) EXCEPT PRE-ORDER ITEMS 

PREORDER SHIPPING TIMELINE- If your order includes a pre-order item, all your items will be shipped together when the pre-order item is being shipped. But if you would like for available items shipped out before the pre-order item is available, please place the orders separately (for example, if your order includes three items and one is a pre-order item, all 3 items will be shipped together in one package when the pre-order item is available to ship)

It is very importance that you state the correct and precise shipping information (Include house number, post code, phone number and email address ) as we will not be responsible for any loss of package due to incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers.
